Unique Terra Investments operates an extensive in-house marketing department which transforms developments from an on-paper concept into a tangible investment opportunity through the creation of promotional material such as an individual brochure for each development and extensive online and email advertising. Investors can visualise the development and their investment through custom-built to-scale models demonstrating how the development will look in much greater detail than the initial drawings and CGI impressions. To supplement this, the Unique Terra Investments marketing department provides and produces material to keep investors up to date, including; regular drone videos showcasing the ongoing construction and picture galleries and property tours created by our videographer. Unique Terra Investments marketing department also utilizes the depth of knowledge held by the company through printed guides, quarterly market analysis reports and informative video work. In addition, Unique Terra Investments will attends specialist property exhibitions and hosts Investor Seminars of its own.
